Compare the airport lots and off-airport reservations
BWI operates Long Term A and Long Term B, both surface parking lots served by terminal shuttles. The airport-published rate is $11 per day, checked 23 October 2026. That is the lowest daily rate on BWI’s official parking comparison. Availability can change, and the airport may direct drivers to another facility when a lot fills.
Private parking booked through On Air Parking is a separate choice. Compare the current offers for your dates and read the selected facility’s operating details. A reservation through this website’s parking link is for the offer you select, rather than a reservation in BWI’s airport-operated Long Term lots.

BWI Long Term Lot A or Lot B?
Both airport lots are outdoor facilities with the same published daily rate and airport shuttle service. Lot A uses 7160 Aviation Boulevard; Lot B uses 7161 Aviation Boulevard. Follow current parking signs and availability information when choosing the entrance, then save the lot letter and shuttle-stop number for your return.
Compare weekly and longer parking cost examples, and use the BWI parking address guide before setting your navigation.

Decide whether covered parking matters
For a longer trip, weigh the parking setting alongside the price. Long Term A/B and Express Parking are surface facilities. The Daily Garage offers covered parking with a shuttle, while the Hourly Garage is opposite the terminal with pedestrian access.
Covered parking may suit your preference, but a longer stay can make the price difference significant. Check vehicle clearance before choosing a garage. For a private offer, verify whether the space is covered or outdoor; do not infer that from a hotel name or photograph.
Compare the total price for your dates
Enter the actual parking arrival and collection times. Your return time should allow for disembarking, collecting checked bags and getting back to the car. Compare the final amount, including any displayed taxes, booking charges or other compulsory fees, rather than relying only on an advertised daily rate.
Check cancellation terms, amendments, any minimum stay and the rules for late collection. If a shuttle is not included or its hours do not cover your journey, include the cost of another transfer in your comparison. The BWI parking cost examples set out the official options alongside these booking considerations.
Match shuttle hours to both flights
BWI’s Daily, Express and Long Term parking shuttles operate 24 hours a day, approximately every 10–15 minutes. Those are the airport’s published arrangements; private parking providers have their own schedules and pickup instructions. A low-price listing is only suitable if you can reach the terminal and return to your car at the times you need.
Allow time to park, find the stop, wait for the vehicle and travel to the terminal. BWI recommends reaching the terminal two hours before a domestic departure or three hours before an international departure. Parking and transfer time come before that allowance.

Keep the return journey straightforward
Save your confirmation, facility address, parking location and return pickup instructions before leaving the vehicle. Follow the booked provider’s instructions when you land; airport-operated shuttles and private parking shuttles use different arrangements.
If your return flight changes, contact the provider about the extra parking period and transfer. Travelers needing accessible transport should confirm the service for their chosen booking. BWI’s own parking and rail shuttles are wheelchair accessible; that does not establish the equipment on a private provider’s vehicle.
Frequently asked questions
How much is BWI Long Term Parking?
The airport-published rate for Long Term A and B is $11 per day, checked 23 October 2026. Check BWI’s current rate and lot availability before traveling.
Are the official Long Term lots covered?
No. They are surface lots with terminal shuttles. Compare the Daily Garage if covered parking is a priority.
Do all private BWI parking offers include a 24-hour shuttle?
No. Private facilities set their own transfer schedules. Read the selected offer and confirm that its shuttle covers both your departure and your return.

Only when the selected room or parking package explicitly includes your full parking period. Ordinary overnight guest parking does not establish extended-stay parking rights.
Can I reserve a space in BWI Long Term Lot A or B?
BWI’s FAQ says airport-operated parking currently does not accept reservations. A private parking reservation is a separate product and does not reserve Lot A or B.
Can I leave my car at BWI for two weeks or longer?
BWI’s FAQ states no duration limit for airport-operated parking. For private parking, check the selected offer’s maximum stay, price and extension terms.
