Follow your private parking confirmation
If you reserve through On Air Parking, use the address and check-in process in the confirmation for your selected facility. Do not set navigation to the BWI terminal simply because the booking serves that airport. Some private listings disclose the location after booking.
Check whether you must register at reception, display a confirmation or park in a designated part of the property. Save the return instructions before leaving the car. A hotel’s guest entrance and the check-in point for its parking-only product may not be interchangeable.
Find the right shuttle after landing
The right pickup area depends on the operator. Use the instructions in your confirmation and check the signs after collecting your bags.

Distinguish the rail station and rental-car center
MARC Penn Line and Amtrak services use the separate BWI Rail Station, connected to the terminal by an airport shuttle. Light Rail has a terminal-side stop outside the lower level near Concourse E. Check the relevant operator’s current schedule when connecting a train journey with your flight.
Rental-car returns use 7432 New Ridge Road, Hanover, MD 21076, rather than the passenger-terminal address. Follow your rental company’s return instructions and allow for the shuttle to the terminal.

Check maps and leave time for the transfer
Consult the BWI map and official information section for terminal layout and airport links. Traffic, lot availability, finding a space and waiting for a shuttle can all affect the journey; a navigation estimate is not a parking-to-gate estimate.
