Choose between three booking arrangements
A room with guest parking is accommodation with whatever parking rights apply during your stay. That may be enough when someone else collects the car, but it does not establish permission to leave the vehicle for a week after checkout.
A park, stay and fly package explicitly combines a room with a defined parking period and any stated transfer benefits. Parking-only at a hotel is a separate parking product and may not include a room or the same benefits as an overnight guest rate. Compare the actual terms of each offer rather than treating them as equivalent.

Explore hotels around the BWI airport area
The BWI hotel directory includes individual properties in the airport area, with room booking links and maps. Check the exact address before choosing a hotel; a listing described as Baltimore accommodation may be farther from the terminal than you expect.
Choose the features that matter to your stay, such as breakfast timing, room layout, dining or workspace. For a very early departure, a convenient transfer can be more useful than an amenity you will not have time to use. Confirm any essential feature with the hotel before committing to a particular rate.
Confirm the parking period in writing
Check how many parking nights or days are included, the number of vehicles permitted, any additional charge and where the car must be left. Make sure the entitlement covers the entire time from parking arrival to collection after your return flight.
If you are booking a room on Trip.com and parking separately through On Air Parking, keep both confirmations. Do not assume the parking provider and the room provider will combine the reservations. The hotel or parking operator should confirm which shuttle and parking rules apply to each product.
Example: a room before a week away. If you stay on Friday night, fly on Saturday and return the following Saturday, your room may cover only Friday’s overnight stay. Your parking permission must cover the car from your Friday arrival until collection after the return flight. Ask for those dates to be confirmed even when a rate is described as park and fly.
Fit the shuttle around your flight schedule
Confirm the first outbound shuttle, the last return pickup, booking requirements and capacity for your party and luggage. Ask what happens if a return flight is delayed beyond the advertised operating hours. Do not apply BWI’s airport-operated 24-hour parking shuttle schedule to a private hotel shuttle.
BWI identifies hotel shuttle areas at Zone 1 outside lower-level Door 1 and Zone 3 outside Door 15, plus a shared hotel/off-airport parking area beyond Door 19. Follow your hotel’s latest instructions about the correct pickup point and whether you must telephone on arrival.
Decide whether to stay before departure or after return
A night before departure lets you travel to the airport area earlier, but you still need time for checkout, parking check-in where required and the transfer. BWI recommends terminal arrival two hours before a domestic flight or three hours before an international flight; build the hotel-to-terminal journey before that point.
For a room after your return, confirm the hotel’s late-arrival process and whether the parking package supports that sequence. A package designed around a stay before departure may have different rules. Tell the hotel about a late landing when arranging the reservation.
